12 YEAR OLD BLACK BOY FOUND GUILTY OF STARING AND SUSPENDED

Last year, a 12 year old black boy got suspended for getting into a staring contest with a little white girl, where both of them are giggling, and he gets suspended for intimidation.

This year, his mother Candice Tolbert went to court to get this suspension erased from her child's record --so as to make sure her son doesn't set a toe on the black and brown school to prison pipeline I assume - and an Ohio judge refused to take the school to task according to the Think Progress story here:

There are very few facts here. And  you'll never know what happened between two kids even if you ask them, especially when they are in those complicated pre-teen and teen years. But I think we all deserve to know more - especially if this 12 year old didn't hit this little white girl or threaten her.

I want to know what happened. I want to know how the school justified suspending him if he didn't hit or threaten her. Don't you?

Good thing it was relatively easy to look the school up.
