If the video link below was the rule and not the exception, Philando, Sandra, Eric, Miriam, Freddie, Yvette, Laquan, Alesia, Ramarley, Tamir, Akai, Rekia, Akai, Tarika, John, Natasha, Mike, Aiyana, Kimani, Amadou and even Trayvon as well as the 5 Dallas Police Officers killed by the mentally ill man/men might still be here.
There are way too many White Republican Christians where the White (and the republican) is two to four times as important as the "Christian." I've been glad to see some exceptions to the rule. But I am recognizing them as "exceptions" and "exceptional"
The vast majority of White Christians have a lot to answer for. And thing that immediately comes to mind is siding with Donald Trump. His racist rhetoric has made being a racist "okay." When you make racist rhetoric okay, that makes the person who wants to take racist action braver.
The silence of White Christians is deafening. I've been a few, VERY FEW, White Christians say they are ashamed of themselves for their lack of response PRIOR to the Dallas police officers getting shot. And my response is: Yeah, you should be.
