I've spoken to a young black woman in the last year who gave up her dream because she was tired of having her heart stomped because she's dark-skinned. She couldn't get anybody to truly SEE her.

We have to fix this. The white gate-keepers are picking pale actresses out of those pushed forward by the 98% black male gate-keepers of black film.
