DONALD TRUMP'S CONTEMPT FOR DEMOCRACY

ON THIRD PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE
Hillary Clinton answered coherently. She ducked a question when she should have. I don't think she said anything grossly inaccurate.

Trump?  He dodged most questions completely, talked about what he wanted to talk about. The moderator only tried to drag him back on course a few crucial times. I don't think Trump answered one question in detail about what he would do in the future  He chose, instead, to talk about how badly Hillary (woman) and Obama (black man) have done with the Middle East.*

And there was one rather outrageous response Trump gave.

The moderator, Chris Wallace from Fox News, gave Trump a hint as to how he should respond to the question: "Will you accept the election results?" Wallace even told him, as part of the question, that his daughter and his VP pick, Pence, said that Donald would accept the results. Then Wallace just asked him to confirm that he would.

And that tangerine twit still found a way screw it up. He just had to find a way to be contrary. He found a way to express, 'I dunno. I'll see how I feel that day.'

And most news outlets I saw jumped on that as "UN-AMERICAN" or not believing in Democracy.

I think Trump put his foot in the final trap.

"From the Associated Press, a take that will appear in hundreds of papers on Thursday morning, the bottom line:"

  • Threatening to upend a basic pillar of American democracy, Donald Trump refused Wednesday night to say he would accept the results of the November election if he loses to Hillary Clinton.
