Clearly, Buzzfeed.com needs new hiring practices.
Diversity yes.
Self-hating morons no.
I think a screening process is in order, don't you?
Let's throw around some ideas.
1)Must have some college
2) Must own at least 10 nonfiction books and be able to discuss them intelligently.
3) Must read the news or watch the news regularly
4) Must have two black history classes required if you'rel speak on black issues.
5) Must have two sociology classes, one of which must be centered on race and the other can be centered on race, class, politics, or just being a decent human being that understands....basics of life.
Please allow me to be judgmental for a minute more. These two would be Donald Trump followers if they were allowed to go back into someone else's womb and be reborn white. Internalized racism sufferers are like that.
