The Attorney General a.k.a. Little Jeffy Sessions The Tiny Smirking Grand Dragon, refused to answer questions about almost everything having to do with Trump and his decision to fire Comey during the Senate Hearing on Russiagate yesterday.
And when he didn't refuse to answer, he took advantage of all that white hair and claimed her forgot.
Senator Martin Heinrich broke Session's legal choices. And Session's they were as follows:
1) Answer the Questions
2) Claim: "I can't answer here in public. I'll answer in closed session"
3) Claim Executive Privilege, which only Trump can claim and he didn't.
The little grand dragon's "I don't think it's appropriate" is not a legal standard one can use to refuse to answer questions. But that's what little Jeffy did with a creepy smirk on his face half the time.

In three minutes or so, she made it obvious that little Jeffy was lying about why he refused to testify as to what Trump knew and when. She made it clear that he, as an attorney, could easily have come to the Senate Hearing prepared too.
Sarcasm was subtle when he claimed stupidity and forgetfulness. It was masterfully done. That's why little Jeffy said she was frightening him.

ON A SIDE NOTE: Once again, another old white man Senator --out of camera range-- felt the need to try to shut Harris down while she was talking. She ignored whoever it was better than she did during the interrogation of Trump's National Security advisors last week. I believe it was McCain, this time. The Chair told McCain(?) to shut up and let him run things (paraphrased).
