Apparently Michael Slager went looking for a 5'5" black man and mistook over 6 feet tall Mario Givens for this man. Slager threatened to tase the wrong man unless he came outside. Mario went outside because he didn't want to be tased. Slager tased him anyway.
And there was a female witness there that was telling Slager that he was attacking the wrong man. He tased him and arrested Mario anyway.
Slager was exonerated of wrong doing.
I hope Walter Scott's family sues the city broke. Walter would still be alive if law enforcement had prosecuted Michael Slager when they caught him abusing his power the first time.
