The fetus was 24 or 25 months old when she miscarried (?) then 33 years old Purvi Patel, threw it in a dumpster. I don't like this AT ALL. But this is hardly the first time I've heard a woman (usually teenager) doing such a thing. So how is it the first woman CONVICTED represents a group that's maybe 4% of the population?
And the only other one charged was Asian American too? Could that be correct?
However, 25 months is a 6 month old baby.
Was this the oldest child ever to be disposed of in this way?
Could it have survived outside the womb with proper care?
I have more questions than answers.
