ON CARING MORE ABOUT IDEOLOGY THAN BLACK AND BROWN LIVES

"Dear Famous Liberals Who Refused To Vote For Hillary Clinton,
It’s time to call bullshit on your so-called social-political revolution — one that only a person of extreme privilege has the luxury to champion. Susan Sarandon, let’s start with you. I know you were “so excited and encouraged by the idea that maybe if everything is falling apart so obviously,” we would come together as a people. But spare me your sympathies now that Judgment Day has come.

But here’s what your privilege didn’t allow you to see: we had already come together. You were just too consumed with your own righteousness to see it."

Rosario Dawson, Colin Kaepernick are on this same hit list.

He was so strong on the Hillary and Hellhound are one and the same rhetoric, that he didn't even bother to vote. By announcing this he encouraged others to do that same. I wish I would give more than a slight damn white football team owners, feeling bolder since the election of Trump, did not pick him up when he decided to be a free agent.

Kaepernick may know which side his black bread is buttered on. But he's still an imbecile for becoming a black hero then using that aspect of his celebrity status to encourage other black people to not vote at all.

Ninety percent or more of black people voted against Trump despite most of us not liking Hillary even a little bit. How many more votes against Trump would there have been if Kaepernick hadn't opened his ignorant mouth on

1) Clinton and Trump being the same and
2) not voting.

Kaepernick has proved you can have a lot of heart and not much going on with the brains.  If I was a football fan, I wouldn't event think about boycotting the NFL. If I was going to boycott the NFL I'd have done so on the NFL's tendency to let domestic abusers just go on their merry way....until Ray Rice.

There likely will come a time when we have to move to a third party and abandon the democratic party if we can't change it significantly. We will have to lose before we win. But you have to know what's at stake when you make that decision.

You don't let your guard down when one of the people running for president is a White Supremacist Nationalist who has attacked the black president with a white supremacist birther movement then doubled down on saying he wanted the Central Park 5  (teens now men) put to death for  crime EVERYBODY NOW KNOWS they didn't commit.

You don't let your guard down when someone comes right out and says anything remotely like "Muslim Ban."

Hillary's a weather vane at worst.  I'd bet a million dollars, if I had it, that she had the "super predator" label tested with white folks before she said it -- and they liked it. That means Hillary isn't any more white supremacist in nature than 95% of the country and that includes Bernie Sanders.

White supremacy is believing white people are superior. Period. And Bernie believes white tribe is so much better than they are that he can't recognize white supremacy when it bites him on the nose.

Whether he realizes it or not, Bernie has relabeled the white supremacists that voted for Trump "white working class" so he can work on sucking them back into the democratic party. He's done this rather than bringing a multi-racial coalition together, more strongly, on the left so we can out-vote them.

And Bernie has made approximately 10% of the effort required to get black and brown people to trust him and his "revolutionary ideas" (that I think are pie in the sky half the time.)

Bernie defends Cheeto Satanettes. He feels sorry for them. Me? I think anybody who voted for Trump despite his obvious racism deserves whatever they get.

But on a more pragmatic tip? Any white body who "made a mistake" voting for Trump due to angst over their "white working class issues" doesn't need any white working class assistance to not vote for him or his party again. Black and brown working class voted against Trump without any special handouts or financial programs. Somebody tell Bernie the white supremacy minimizing white folks he's trying to cover for by calling them "white working class" can do it too.

Bernie deserves to be at the top of  list of liberals that ensured Trump became president. He refused to unite the democratic party prior to the convention like he was supposed to, like all the other candidates have in the past. That opened the door a crack and allowed that BUT HER E-MAILS sneak attack from Wikileaks and/or Russia and/or Trump.

I don't know that I'll read Hillary Clinton's book on the election. But I hope she hammers Bernie Sanders. He wasn't nearly as interested in the good of this country and the black and brown people in it as much as his own ideology and self-aggrandizement. I hope Hillary's biography goes hard after every one of the people who said she was the same as that idiotic, piggy-eyed, white supremacist nationalist that wound up in the White House with a white supremacist nationalist entourage.
