"Six years ago, a white St. Louis Police officer Jason Stockley, 36, shot and killed Anthony Lamar Smith, then 24, in a car chase following a suspected drug transaction.
1. During the pursuit, Stockley is heard saying, “Going to kill this (expletive deleted), don’t you know it”.
The pursuit ended in a crash and Stockley then shot and killed Smith, who Stockley says had a gun.
