She wanted to be the real life recipient to the stanzas professed. She wanted to be the affirmation of the words manifested. She wanted to be the rhythm of the poem and not just the one with the best pen stroke. She wanted to be on the receiving end for once and not the giving. She wanted to be the nourished and not the savoir.
