1) White Presenting Off Duty Officer
2) Unregistered gun.
3) He Fired 5 shots, over his shoulder (?)
4) A single bullet hit her in the back of her head.
5)He went to the scene of the crime over a noise complaint.
COURT: Servin's defense attorney didn't have to put on his defense ("I thought____ had a gun") because, according to the judge, Dennis Porter, said the charges had to do with recklessness and manslaughter while the prosecutors cases described Dante Servin's actions as murder.
Then, in a "rare move" the judge decided the actions of murder not matching the charge of manslaughter meant he should give a "directed verdict" of "Not Guilty."
Following that there was the usual comparative silence from the Black Community over the death of yet another dead, unarmed, black female. Some black people even said that they "understood" this "rare" decision to be legal and correct.
Yeah well...so were the deaths of Mike Brown, Eric Garner, and Trayvon Martin to hear the legal system tell it.
