MINE IS BIGGER THAN YOURS: TOXIC MASCULINITY'S ABILITY TO START NUCLEAR WAR

Masculinity is not inherently a bad thing, but when "masculinity" becomes synonymous with power-over others, synonymous with a man must compete and win in order to be seen as a man, no matter what  comes at him, that is when "normal" masculinity becomes "toxic masculinity."

More often than not when people talk about TOXIC MASCULINITY they start off talking about men trying execute power-over women, men trying to dominate women. That then leads to how toxic masculinity feeds into rape culture. And that's all important.

But what is more important is how TOXIC MASCULINITY functions between men. And I say that's more important because men have a lot more social and political power than women, worldwide. And yesterday, we saw just how deadly TOXIC MASCULINITY can get on the world stage.

North Korea's Kim Jong Un made a competition based  'my dick is as big as anybody's' statement during his New Year's Day address when he said he has a nuclear button on his desk that he can push at any time.

The leader of this country, TrumplethinSkin Toxic Masculinity Champ of the planet, promptly tweeted something in response that meant 'my dick is bigger than yours'

The main stream press promptly reported that many people were upset. And maybe that's true. But most of the people I talk to day to day figure the entire world has to know Trump is mentally and emotionally no older than he sounds, approximately 12 years old. All world leaders have to know nothing he says means much of anything.

But this man, unfit to be your local dog catcher, does have access to the nuclear codes.

That's why most of the black folk I know are just trying to live long enough to see the first black superhero movie, PANTHER.

All jokes aside though, I'm hopeful that we will live to see the end of the Trump presidency. I'm hoping Mueller will take him away or he'll get bored and leave. More importantly, it took so long for Trump to respond to Kim Jong Un's address some say it is clear that Trump didn't get briefed on what the North Korean leader said.

Some are saying this is an indication that white house staff keep provoking information away from the Toxic-Masculinity-Sufferer-In-Chief, that the Orange McTwitterwit didn't know that Kim said anything until he watched Faux Fox News.  And that gives me hope that Trump is not totally in charge, that someone will stop him from killing us all.

I'm hoping leaders of other countries are seeing the same thing and will just ride the next three years out if the Mueller investigation doesn't end his presidency like it should.
